Yes, we work with panelized boards that include mouse-bites and V-cuts. For economic assembly, we recommend using mouse-bites. For standard assembly, you can use either V-cuts or mouse-bites.
Yes, we have a thorough inspection process throughout the assembly. We start by inspecting the quantity of solder paste deposited on the board, followed by checking the component’s placement on the paste. After reflow, we inspect the board again. Finally, the assembled board undergoes ICT and functional testing to ensure quality and functionality.
